We’re looking for an all-star Interactive Designer who excels in Interactive and Experiential design; someone who can put the ‘Babe Ruths’ of online to shame. The ideal candidate will share our passion for design, and have a keen interest in creating memorable experiences. You will have the opportunity to design web pages, microsites, mobile apps, rich media banners, web games and more for a wide variety of clients. You will be able to create innovative, clever solutions that enhance experiences, while supporting varied device capabilities, screen sizes, bandwidths, input modalities and user interfaces.

Strengths:

• Ability to apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong collaborative capabilities: able to work effectively with researchers, production management, development, marketing, and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-3 years studio experience.
• Portfolio must contain Tier 1 recognizable brand(s).
• Expertise with design tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator. InDesign experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions; hands-on expertise with HTML, HTML5, Adobe Flash, CSS3, or Javascript a plus.
