You’re a technical wiz — HTML + CSS, Action Script, Javascript, database management and creation — with excellent communication skills. Your aim with every project is to build a meaningful experience through usable interfaces and interactions. You arm yourself with knowledge of current interactive trends, always keeping in mind that design isn’t just for designers.
As a young company, we’re also looking for someone not only willing to adopt standards, but keen to help extend and develop them for the team. If you’re ready and enthusiastic to help set the bar, not just reach it, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities:
- understand technical and functional design requirements
- execute tasks and responsibilities with limited guidance
- design, code and test technical solutions
- identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- recognize and communicate issues that may affect deadlines and deliverables
You are:
- highly self-motivated
- efficient working in teams of 3-4
- meticulous and detail-oriented
- able to multi-task
- an effective communicator
- interested in learning and gaining expertise in emerging technologies
You have:
- a portfolio/website (show us!)
- a BA in Computer Science or equivalent field
- minimum 3 years HTML + CSS experience
- minimum 3 years Actionscript 2.0/3.0 experience
- minimum 3 years Javascript experience (including familiarity with JQuery plug-ins)
Bonus points for knowledge of HTML 5 & Web GL, Adobe Flex, WordPress and Facebook Applications.
